Option1:

Image from one of the roster sites
-Need Datel transfer kit
-Writes a whole image to your memory card, basically overwriting everything on your card, so backup your other existing game saves on your 360 HDD first, follow the below step-by-step info, and then copy your other game saves back over to your memory card on the 360.

Step-by-Step (by Bell; edited by AustinWolv)

Install Datel Software, this "should" create a folder for the exchange360 program. (My Documents/360 exchange --- something like that)
Download roster file.
Unzip roster file.
Copy .z36 file to the exchange360 folder.
Start up the Datel software (Xchange360 or whatever it is called) on PC.
Copy the file to the Mem Card. (should be a button at the top that says To Mem or something like that)
It will copy the image over to your memory card.

Once it is copied, take MUU (memory unit to 360)
Plug it in to 360.
Turn on 360.
Go to the dashboard and copy to the Hard Drive (HDD) as follows:

"System" blade,
"Memory",
"MU",
"Games",
"Profile"
"NCAA 2007".
"Roster"

Then, start up the game, and load the roster file from the HDD.

Option2:

Once people start creating individual game saves, go to 360gamesaves.com and download from their Save section
-Allows for transfer of individual files so you do not have to image your whole memory card
-Tutorials on their Xplorer360 software and how to use it are in their forums
