Here is a list of the schedule of events as Madden 07 hits the ESPN airwaves today :

Morning

* SportsNation Poll - On front page of ESPN.com all day. The
poll asks who you think should be on the cover of Madden NFL 07 with
tune-in messaging for the SportsCenter announcement.

* Cold Pizza - Will talk about the cover announcement during
their "Gamer" segment. They will also talk about the history of the
cover, Madden jinx, and give tune-in announcements for the SportsCenter
segment.

* Mike & Mike - Mike Greenberg will read a promo script about
the announcement. (ESPN.com poll, Madden Announcement on SportsCenter
and Madden Bowl Show on ESPN). Greenberg will be conducting the
SportsCenter interview w/ the Cover Athlete after the announcement.

Afternoon

* ESPN.com Chats - Three former Madden Cover Athletes will
chat about their past Madden cover experiences today:

Madden cover history, Madden jinx, and elements when selecting an EA
cover guy. Interview will air between 3:30 and 5:30 EST and plug the
Cover Announcement.

Evening

* SportsCenter - 6pm EST Cover Announcement will be made and
there will be an interview w/ the athlete. (ESPN also lined up
interviews with him for ESPNews and ESPN's NFL Draft Show.)

* ESPN.com - Darren Rovell will report cover news once
SportsCenter interview is over.

* At 9:30pm on ESPN a brand new episode of Madden Nation will
air. It was filmed at Madden Bowl in Detroit and will cover the 12th
annual tournament we hosted at the Super Bowl.
