OS has posted up an intro video of Madden NFL 10, featuring Ray Lewis taking the field. You can see from the video the signature style of entrance familiar to anyone who has seen Ray Lewis take the field before. How many of these signature entrances are in the game ? It's hard to say, but if MLB games can feature signature batting and pitching styles it shouldn't be hard to feature plenty in Madden.
