Can I restore my coach to my team once fired?

The only way that it's possible for you to retain control fo the team is to either do really well during the dyansty mode, or to turn off the coaching contracts at the start of the dyansty mode.
This option can not be adjusted once a dyansty has been started. In order to do this:
1.) Select a 'New Dyansty' in the 'Game Modes' menu.
2.) At the 'Dyansty Setup' screen where you pick the teams, you will have the option to cycle the contract option before a team is actually selected.
3.) Press the L2 and the R2 buttons to toggle your contract status.
This allows you to play without the possibility of being fired.
