If the game disk is damaged and will no longer work, you can contact our warranty department to exchange your disk for a new one. To replace your software you will need a sales receipt dated within the 90-day warranty period. Electronic Arts warrants its software to the original purchaser that Electronic Arts' software is free from defects for a period of 90-days as stated in the manual. If the disk has been misused or the 90-day warranty has passed, then a fee will be assessed to replace the software. This warranty is, in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights in any way. This warranty does not apply to the software program themselves, which are provided "as is", nor does it apply to media which has been subject to misuse, damage or excessive wear.
Returns within the 90 day Warranty period:
Electronic Arts warrants to the original purchaser of this computer software product that the recording media on which the software programs are recorded will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. During such period defective media will be replaced if the original product is returned to Electronic Arts at the address below, together with;
1. Dated proof of purchase 2. A statement describing the defects 3. The faulty media and your return address 4. A daytime telephone number where we can contact you
Returns Outside the 90 day Warranty Period:
For returns after the 90-day warranty period - Please return the product along with a check or money order for the ammount of the replacement (see Fees list below) made payable to Electronic Arts, and a brief description of the difficulty you are experiencing including your name, address, and phone number to the address below. We strongly recommend that you send your product using a delivery method that is traceable.

Replacement Manuals and Install guides
If your game did not come with a paper back manual, often times this is because the manual is located on the game disk itself, viewable with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
To view this type of manual, please take the following steps: 1. Insert the game disk and exit out of the autorun menu that appears. 2. Double click on My Computer. 3. Right click on the CD Rom drive with the game disk in it and choose "Explore". 4. Double click the "edocs" folder. If there is not a folder called edocs then it's likely your game did not come with a manual in Adobe Acrobat format. Please follow the steps bellow for obtaining a paper manual. 5. The manual should be located in this folder and should open with Adobe Acrobat when you double click it.
For replacement manuals in paper form, there is a fee of $5.00. For replacement install guides there is a fee of $3.00. Please include the name of the game in question, your return address and send all this information to the following address:
