Kicking is very easy, and you'll get it eventually. My biggest piece of advice: Always move the analog straight back and straight forward, no matter what direction you need to kick it. Here's what you should do.

Let's say you're on the right hash mark. Use the left analog to move the arrow slightly to the left. Now, if you try to move the right analog diagonally along with the line, you'll probably miss wide left. So what you should do is aim just a little left, and move the analog straight back and forward. This provides a good balance and you'll always make them if you get it down.

If you're on the left hash, do the opposite. Move the arrow pointing slightly right, then move the right analog straight back and forward.
