GameZone reviews Tiger Woods 2005
Author : AndyP | Posted at : 5:52 AM
"Tiger Woods 2005 is a good arcade golf game with plenty to do. Casual hackers will love the instant playability and the diverse selection of character models. Gamers looking to replace their golf simulation will probably be sorely disappointed with the effortless gameplay. Shooting a round in the mid 40’s is definitely possible in this game. It looks as though EA designed the game to attract new fans to the series, rather than respect veterans of the series. Final decision – If you’ve never played Links 2004 (or thought it was too hard) and didn’t buy Tiger 2004, pick up 2005. It’s solid. If you’re a Links fan, stay a Links fan. If you own Tiger 2004, pick up Tiger 2005 if you LOVED last year’s and want to challenge some gamers online." Full review at GameZone.

"iger Woods PGA Tour 2005 is the kind of huge game that’s easy to lose yourself in for weeks and months on end, sparkling with a ridiculous array of different ways to play, great controls, and more unlockables than you count." Full review at GamePro.

Gamespot review Woods 2005
Author : AndyP | Posted at : 1:10 AM
"From strictly a bullet-point perspective, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 is a more full-featured game than last year's (with the notable exception of the smaller number of courses), and it still stands as one of the best games of golf for the PlayStation 2. However, many of its improvements over Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 feel kind of incremental, and unless you're an Xbox owner who is itching to take the game online, owners of Tiger 2004 shouldn't necessarily rush out to pick it up." IGN post Tiger Woods review
Author : AndyP | Posted at : 12:44 PM
" Plainly, it's best said that Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 is a polished, yet expected, upgrade to last year's version. It's got some awesome new features that go a really long way -- like GameFace II and TigerProofing -- and there's just ton of other options like a logo editor for TigerProofing, a Hall of Legends, and so much more that you should just find out about for yourself." "Even if EA had decided to just slap some new courses and players on last year's version, players everywhere would be extremely happy with the results. Thankfully, that wasn't the case, and EA has brought us something new and highly enjoyable. The Legends Tour is a blast to play, and TigerProofing is sure to keep the game fresh for a very long time. There's only one question that needs to be asked: what are we going to get next year?" Reviews for PS2, XBox and GameCube.
